The works comprise the construction of several jetties for fishery and military purposes. The jetties are composed of a rubble mound approach protected with rock armouring and tetrapods, and a berthing length formed of precast reinforced concrete.

Reconstruction of oil platform and installation of all machinery / equipment for operation. The extent of the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works includes all aspects of the jetty and underground pipeline required to permit the safe unloading.

The project covers the repair of severely damaged Jetty.
Marine Terminal Inside Benghazi Harbour and Pipelines Between Harbour and Ras El Mungar Terminal
Detailed field engineering , design, procurement and supply of equipment and materials,
transport, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of marine tanker unloading/loading Facilities inside Benghazi New Harbour and laying required pipeline.
Tobruk Harbour
The project involved the construction of a military harbour at Tobruk. The harbour perimeter was constructed of sheet pile and concrete block quays and it was protected by a sheet piled pier and breakwater.
Tripoli Harbour Stage 1b
The contract was the first stage construction of Tripoli Harbour development scheme comprising the construction of a breakwaters, quaywalls, slipway, reclamation of this area by dredging and construction of superstructures on this reclaimed area.
