First Ship Is Docked At Coal Dock – Safi Port Project

The first ship has been docked at Coal Dock on 22nd of February after receiving the substational completion certificate of New Safi Port Project (MASPP) at 23 February 2019.

It is learned that the ship carrying  49.000 tons of coal with 1600 tons / hour unloading capacity and material to the thermal power plant, will be used for testing the conveyor system of which the whole system will start to work as of April 2020 and coal will be  brought by 80.000 capacity vessels.

Substantial Completion Certificate Has Been Received For “Improvement Of Existing Khasab Tibat Coastal Road” Project In Oman

Improvement of Existing Khasab Tibat Coastal Road Project which was undertaken by the contract signed on 18.09.2014 completed on 31.12.2019 and Substantial Completion Certificate has been received on 12.02.2020.

Within the scope of the project, consisting of 6 sections, a total of 27 km, 238.000 m2 slope stabilization, 3.2 M m3 rock filling, 1.5 M m3 coastal protection filling and 45 culvert construction works have been completed.

The First Caisson Has Been Successfully Submerged In Nador Port Project

In Nador Port Project, which is constructed in Morocco; the first caisson has been successfully submerged. Following the installation of the superstructure (steel grids and generators) and pumps to the C3A caisson (dimensions 21,30 m x 28,30 m x 25,70 m) with a weight of 8.300 tons, it was transported to the Barge by using 50 Nos of hydraulic jacks each 250 t capacity.

Final Acceptance Letter Has Been Received For Taqah Fishery Harbour Project In Oman

Final Acceptance Letter has been received on 31.10.2016 for Taqah Fishery Harbour Project, which was undertaken by the contract signed on 31.03.2013.

Project covers the construction of breakwaters, berth, reclamation, and desing and built of Pantoons. Besides, the Construction of link road to connect Salalah – Mirbat main road to port and internal service roads will be done under the scope of the Contract.

Doha Metro, Gold Line Underground Project Underway At Full Throttle

Katar Doha Subway “Gold Line Underground” project picks up speed and proceeds as planned.

6 TBM has completed 25 km tunnel excavation with all speed. Construction on 10 stations designed with highest standards and using the latest technologies continues enthusiastically.

The largest project under the scope of 2022 World Cup preparations, “Goldline Subway Line” will connect Hamad International Airport to Qatar’s most significant sports complex “Aspire zone” through Ras Bu Abboud – Qatar National Museum – Souq Waqif – Msheireb – Bin Mahmoud – Al Sadd – Joaan – Al Sudan – Al Waab – Sport City – Al Aziziyah stations. When it is finished, transportation to major living spaces of Doha will be easier and faster.

The prestigious project with a completion projection of 54 months is planned to be completed in 2018. Intensive work continues to meet the deadline at such a grand and important project.

We Have Signed A Contract For Nador Port Project In Morocco

As STFA-SGTM-JDN Consortium, we have signed a contract for “Nador Port Project” with Société Nador West Med S.A on 19 April 2016 in Morocco.  The signing ceremony was attended by the Nador West Med, STFA, SGTM and JDN senior managements.

 

Project includes construction works such as of 5500m long breakwater, 4100m quay, dredging works and soil improvement Works.

Final Acceptance Letter Has Been Received For Tüpraş New Jetty Project

Final acceptance letter has been received on 16.02.2016 for Izmit Refinery Zone B Rehabilitation of Quay and Construction of New Jetty Project, which was undertaken as STFA-Körfez Deniz JV by the contract signed on 04.07.2013 with Tüpraş.

Project covers the jetty with steel piles, rehabilitation of quay wall, removal of existing jetty, mechanical works, electrical and instrumentation works.
