STFA has been granted with the Temporary Completion Certificate for the Construction of Islamabad Embassy Building.
The embassy building and the residential complex of Islamabad Embassy has been constructed by STFA and the completion certificate has been received on 17.November.2003.

STFA Marine Construction Company has started to mobilize for the Arzew Oil Port Breakwater Repair Project in Algeria. The project will be carried out by STFA-Cosider-Meditram Groupment with a total budget of 10 Million USD. The project is financed by the Ministry of Public Works of Algeria and Directory of Public Works of Oran. STFA’s scope of work in the Groupment will cover the placement of 80.000 tons of stone material, 720 numbers and 40 tons of tetrapod precast concrete members and 3332 numbers of 4.16 m3 of cubes. The duration of the project will be 12 months.

Construction of Sirte Sewerage System Project in Libya Has Been Completed
AFENCO – STFA JV received the Final Completion Certificate for the Construction of Sirte Sewerage System Project in Libya on 25 June 2007.
STFA has a total share of 62.148.599 equivalent USD including the subcontracting services for the construction of 25 km length pipe laying, 4 pumping stations, waste water treatment plant and electromechanical equipment installations. Two years of Operation and Maintenance Period has come to an end as of 17 April 2007. Total value of the whole project is 66.525.299 equivalent USD.
