Celalettin İlhan

Graduated from Istanbul Technical University as a Civil Engineer and joined STFA as a Project Engineer at STFA Group’s engineering arm, namely ECAP Engineering & Consultancy Co (ECAP) in 2007. Obtained his master’s degree on Construction Management from Istanbul Technical University in 2011 and Executive MBA degree from Koç University in 2017. He served as Technical Office Chief & Deputy General Manager at ECAP, until his assignment as the General Manager of ECAP in 2017. In 2023, he was assigned as the Deputy General Manager of STFA Construction Group, responsible for the tender operations in addition to his current duties at ECAP.
