The project consists of Construction of breakwaters to create the New Port and Drydock Complex.
The project covers the construction of 2.250 m of commercial quay with minimum 18 m depth designed for containers, 680 m of quay with minimum 8m water depth, 4 km of main breakwater and 5,100 km of lee breakwater, Dredging and Reclamation works.
